1. Products
Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.

2. Price
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout for your region (euros for EU customers, pounds sterling for UK customers), taxes included.
Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order
The customer places an order via the website, following Shopify's ordering process.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.

4. Payment
Payment is made online using the available methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is considered valid once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery
- Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
- In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including, for EU customers, Directive 2011/83/EU, and, for UK customers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from receiving the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.
Products must be returned in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

7. Legal Guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects available to you as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence (for example, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, or the equivalent national implementation of the EU's Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771 elsewhere in the EU).
